I have been in commercial property management for over 20 years and have used many landscaping companies. We currently have five large office and retail properties in the Raleigh/Durham area that Parker's takes care of. Just a warning: if you ask for a quote, you will not receive a fancy colorful presentation in a nice folder with donuts. What you will get is a reasonable and easy to follow quote for service that they will live up to.

Full-Service Landscaping for Your Property
Everything a residential or commercial property needs, from one company - take a single service, or fold several into one year-round contract with the same crew every week.
Landscape Maintenance
Year-round contracts with weekly crew visits, run off a written horticulture calendar: turf care, pruning, fertilization, weed control and mulching, leaf removal each fall, and snow removal for commercial sites.
Landscape Design
A design-build firm with horticulturists doing the drawing. Site evaluation, base maps built from your survey or GIS, and planting plans matched to soil, light, and how you use the space.
Landscape Installation
Plants, hardscape, drainage, irrigation, and lighting - installed from a landscape architect's plans or our in-house designs, with utilities located through NC 811 before a shovel goes in.
Floriculture
Annual beds and containers designed for the site, planted twice a year in spring and fall, and kept fertilized, weeded, and pruned between changeouts.
Landscape Enhancement
Sod and lawn restoration, screening plants for privacy, corrective pruning, patios and walkways, lighting, and drainage fixes - scoped to the budget you set.
Irrigation Service & Repair
Spring start-up, winter shut-down, routine checks, and repairs on everything from drip lines to sprinkler heads, handled by our own technicians.

Commercial landscape services across the Triangle
Some of the most photographed grounds in the Triangle are on our maintenance calendar: an azalea garden Raleigh sees on television every spring, a historic tobacco campus in downtown Durham, a midtown district where the planters change with the season. Most of those clients prefer the grounds do the talking, so we leave the names off.

Tenants, guests, and buyers judge a property from the parking lot, before anyone reaches the lobby. A commercial contract runs year-round so the grounds always pass that judgment: weekly maintenance visits, seasonal flower changeouts, irrigation management, storm cleanup, and snow and ice response. One account manager, the same crew each week.

Residential landscape services in Raleigh's established neighborhoods
Most of our residential clients are inside the Beltline - Hayes Barton, Budleigh, Five Points, Country Club Hills - or in Cary communities like Preston and MacGregor Downs. Gardens there were planted decades ago, and they behave like it.
Forty-year-old azaleas take different pruning than a builder's install. Mature oaks shade out turf that no new-lawn program will fix. Our crews work that inventory every week, and our design lead holds a Master of Horticultural Science from N.C. State.
A garden like that pays you back daily: the view from the kitchen window, the drive up to the house, the neighbors who slow down as they pass. Weekly maintenance keeps it that way - turf, pruning, beds, leaf removal in the fall, and annual flowers if you want the color. If your garden was planted before you bought the house, that is our kind of property.
